Chambliss, Sheppard, Roland & Associates, LLP is an outgrowth of a sole proprietorship Certified Public Accountant, Robert S. Perry, who had purchased a bookkeeping office which dated back into the 1940s. For years, Robert Perry and his wife, Carrie Perry, also a CPA, operated a well-recognized accounting firm. Subsequently, they brought in additional partners and both retired from the practice in the mid-1980s. The partners, Ross M. Chambliss, William H. Sheppard, and Donald R. Roland continued the Americus, Georgia practice.
Recognized as an area accounting firm, the partners and staff of CSR have distinguished themselves with a creditable reputation in the public accounting field.
